Description: Customer service, is an important part of quality pre-hospital care delivery and patient satisfaction.  This 2.0 hour continuing medical education session will look at current trends and techniques in delivering quality customer service in EMS.  Participants will come away with a toolbox of skills that when used, can enhance their clinical care and public perception of EMS.
