Description: This two (2) hour, instructor-lead, continuing education course orientates the field provider to Congenital Heart Defects, as a special patient population in EMS
- The Provider will understand the properly functioning heart and its components
- The provider will know the difference between certain congenital conditions
- The Provider will be able to identify complications in pediatrics with heart defects
