Description: This is be part of the SEMS Annual Driver re-qualification required by the Town of Stratford and meeting national best practice standards for emergency vehicle operators. ALL SEMS Driver qualified personnel MUST re-qualify each year to continue operating SEMS/TOS vehicles. This will be a practical, cone style driving course where each driver will need to qualify on those vehicles they need to remain qualified to drive. While the course will run through the day, the member need only register for one of the course listed each year and show up during that day to get “signed off”. Staff may elect to complete this “on duty” if they are working on the day of this course.
